There are many reasons why wooden spoon and not the stainless one. For me the Reason is, that the wooden spoon is real luxury spoon. It's beautyfull, soft, and very comfortable. It also has a very positive enviromental effect. There is no need of other then human power, the balance is not affected from any side. The process of making a spoon is very nice and meditative. And those shapes, are really curvy.
